With The Rehab Mechanics
Three guided sessions each week for 8-weeks will take you through a program designed to improve ankle quality and range of motion, reduce stiffness, build strength and greater control of the ankle and lower leg. You will progress from gentle mobility exercises into banded strengthening work and functional drills that support smoother walking, training and daily movements.
