With The Rehab Mechanics
Hammer or Claw Toes are deviations in the shape of the toes (away from straight) that is commonly associated with reduced function. Build healthy foot habits with this 8-week program designed to help you release tension in the feet (including toes) and improve foot function. With three guided sessions each week, you will progress with strength, mobility, balance, activation and a reduction in foot and lower limb tension.
Total Run Time: 8-Week
Equipment: Mini roller, mini ball, toe spacers, toe band, and bean bag.
