With The Rehab Mechanics
This 8-week program is designed to give relief and massage to the feet and legs of individuals who stand all day as part of their job. The course is designed to help reduce foot and lower limb fatigue, ease common aches and build a stronger base of support from the ground up. With three guided sessions each week, you will follow a clear progression to improve muscular endurance, reduce tension from standing on hard surfaces for long hours, and allow you to move through your shifts with greater lower limb stability and comfort.

Equipment: Mini roller, mini ball, toe band, and strength bands.
