PROGRAM OVERVIEW

This 8-week Hiking: Foot Strength and Mobility program is designed to have you ready to tackle long walks and uneven terrain. To be trail ready. Across three guided sessions each week you will improve ankle mobility, control of your toes and arches, muscular endurance, balance and stability. Enabling you to attack the steep climbs and downhill pitches with more comfort and confidence. Each week combines foot and ankle mobilisations, strength work, balance training along with recovery and release work; all to help your feet feel stronger and more functional while you are out exploring.
