PROGRAM OVERVIEW

This 8 week Runners Foot Strength program is designed to build stronger, more resilient feet and lower legs for running. Across three guided sessions each week, you will improve toe, arch and ankle control, calf and shin strength, balance, and single leg stability. As the program progresses, exercises become more demanding and introduce controlled hopping work to build elastic strength, landing control, and impact tolerance for running.
