PROGRAM OVERVIEW

This 8 week program is designed to improve ankle range of motion, reduce stiffness, and build better control and strength through the ankle and lower leg. With three sessions each week, you will use a clear progression from gentle mobility drills into banded strengthening, calf and shin capacity work, and functional movements like heel walking and squat based mobility to support smoother walking, training, and daily movement.
