PROGRAM OVERVIEW

This 4 week program is designed to improve balance, coordination, and body awareness so you feel steadier on your feet in daily life and during training. Each week includes mobility and activation work to prepare the ankles and feet, followed by progressive balance drills that challenge control, stability, and reactions, then finishes with simple stretching to support recovery.
